ORDINANCE REZONING THE NORTH 200 FEET OF THE
SOUTH 500 FEET OF THE W- OF THE SE4 OF THE SE4
OF THE SEqL AND THE NORTH ?00 FEET OF THE SOUTH
500 FEET OF THAT PART OF THE SW4 OF THE SE4 OF THE
SE4 LYING EAST OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY IN SECTION
2z, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 4? EAST, SITUATE, LY-
ING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
B-2 CLASSIFICATION to C-i CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, has
conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider the
recommendations of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
Florida, that a parcel of land more particularly described hereinafter be re-
oned from B-2 classification to C-1 classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing the City Commission of the City of
Dania Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida,
that the said property be rezoned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section i. That the following described property, to wit:
The North 200 feet of the South 500 feet of the Wz of
the SE4 of the SE4 of the SE4 and the North 200 feet
of the South 500 feet of that part of the SW4 of the SET'
of the SE4 lying east of the Federal Highway, in
Section 22, Township 50 South, Range 42 East; situ-
ate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida;
be and the same hereby is rezoned from B-2 classification to C-1 classification.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the e,,tent of such conflict.
