ORDINANCE REZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY, TO WIT: THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE

51 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST; AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET
OF THE NORTH 320 FEET OF THE NW4 OF' THE NW4 OF
THE NE4, .LESS RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR STATE ROAD AND

OF THE NW4 OF THE NE4, .LESS RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR
STATE ROAD AND STREET PURPOSES, OF SECTION 3,
TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST; SAID .LANDS
SITUATE, .LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; FROM R-2 CLASSIFICATION to R-3 C.LASSI-
FICATION.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida,
has conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider
the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Dania, Florida, that certain portions of the NW4 of the NW4 of the NE4 of
Section 3, Township 51 South, Range 42 East, Broward County, Florida, more
particularly described hereinafter, be rezoned from R-2 classification to
R-3 classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing, the City Commission of the City
of Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida,
that the aforesaid property be rezoned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following described property, to wit:
The South 100 feet of the North 200 feet of the NW4 of
the NW4 of the NE4, less rights-of-way for State road
and street purposes, of Section 3, Township 51 South,
Range 42 East; and

The South 100 feet of the North 300 feet of the NW4
of the NWT' of the NE4, less rights-of-way for State
road and street purposes, of Section 3, Township 51
South, Range 42 East; and
The South 20 feet of the North 320 feet of the NW4
of the NW-1 of the NET', less rights-of-way for
State road and street purposes, of Section 3, Town-
ship 51 South, Range 42 East; and
The North 100 feet of the NW4 of the NW4 of the NE.TP
less rights-of-way for State road and street purposes,
of Section 3, Township 51 South, Range 4L East; and

South, Range 42 East; said lands situate, lying and
being in Broward County, Florida;.
be and the same hereby are rezoned from R-z classification to R-3 classifi-
cation.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
