ORDINANCE REZONING .LOTS 99, 100, 109, 110, 145, AND
1461 OF ST. JAMES PARK DELMAR, Plot "C", ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 117
PAGE 36, AND ACCORDING TO THE AMENDED PLAT THERE-
OF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND REZONING
LOTS 93, 94, 115, 116, 143, AND 144, OF ST. JAMES PARK
DELMAR, P10T "D", ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 36, AND ACCORDING TO THE
AMENDED PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE
63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, F.LORIDA;
FROM R-Z, CLASSIFICATION TO R-lA CLASSIFICATION,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida,
has conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider
the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
Florida, that .Lots 99, 100, 109, 110, 145, and 146, of ST. JAMES PARK
DELMAR, Plot "C", and .Lots 93, 94, 115, 116, 143, and 144 of ST. JAMES
PARK DELMAR, Plot "D", be rezoned from R-6 classification to R-lA
classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing the City Commission of the City of
Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida
that the aforesaid property be rezoned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the following described property, to wit:
Lots 99, 100, 109, 110, 145, and 146, of ST. JAMES
PARK DELMAR, Plot "C", according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 36, and
according to the amended plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 14, page 63, of the public records of Broward
County, Florida; said lands situate, lying and being
in Broward County, Florida; and
Lots 93, 94, 115, 116, 143 and 144, of ST. JAMES
• PARK DELMAR, Plot "D" , according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 36, and
according to the amended plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 14, page 63, of the public records of Brow-
ard County, Florida; said lands situate, lying and

being in Broward County, Florida;
be and the same hereby are rezoned from R-2 classification to R-lA classifi-
cation. I

Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
