ORDINANCE REZONING A PARCEL OF .LAND 300 FEET
ON EACH SIDE OF S. E. 5TH AVENUE BETWEEN THE
EXTENSION OF S. E. LOTH STREET AND S. E. 11TH
TERRACE, DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
R-lAA CLASSIFICATION TO B-1 CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, has
conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider the
recommendations of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania
Florida, that a parcel of land 300 feet on each side of S. E. 5th Avenue
between the extension of S. E. loth Street and S. E. llth Terrace, Dania,
Broward County, Florida, be rezoned from R-lAA classification to B-1
classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing the City Commission of the City of
Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida,
that the aforesaid property be rezoned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the following described property, to wit:
A parcel of land 300 feet on each side of S. E. 5th
Avenue between the extension of S. E. loth Street
and S. E. llth Terrace, Dania, Broward County,
Florida;
be and the same hereby is rezoned from R-1AA classification to B-1 classifi-
cation.
Section L: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
