ORDINANCE NO. 7
ORDINANCE REZONING .LOTS 97, 98, 111 AND 112, OF
ST. JAMES PARK DE.LMAR, PLOT "C", ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
11, PAGE 36, AND ACCORDING TO THE AMENDED PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 63, OF
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA;
FROM B-1 CLASSIFICATION to R-lA CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, has
conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider the
recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
Florida, that .Lots 97, 98, 111 and 112, of ST. JAMES PARK DELMAR, Plot
licit, be rezoned from B-1 classification to R-IA classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing the City Commission of the City of
Dania, Florida, deems it for tae best interests of the City of Dania, Florida,
that the aforesaid property be rezoned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the following described property, to wit:
Lots 97, 98, Ill and 112, of ST. JAMES PARK
DE.LMAR, Plot "C", according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 11, page 36, and according
-. to the amended plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
14, page 63, of the public records of Broward
County, Florida; said lands situate, lying and being
in Broward County, Florida;
be and the same hereby is rezoned from B-1 classification to R-lA classification.
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
