ORDINANCE NO.37�
ORDINANCE REZONING .LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 44,
NORTH HOLLYWOOD) ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RE-
CORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM B-2
CLASSIFICATION TO C-1 CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida,
has conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider

the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Dania, Florida, that .LOTS 11 and 12, BLOCK 44, NORTH HOLLYWOOD,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 1, of the public
records of Broward County, Florida, be rezoned from B-2 classification
to C-1 classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing, the City Commission of the City
of Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania,
Florida, that the aforesaid property be rezoned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following described property, to wit:
—A,
Lots 11 and 12, Block 44, NORTH HOLLYWOOD,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 4, page 1, of the public records of Broward
County, Florida; said lands situate, lying and
being in Broward County, Florida;
be and the same hereby is rezoned from B-2 classification to C-1 classifi-
cation.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
