ORDINANCE REZONING DANIA BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 1, OF
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA;
AND THE RESUBDIVISION OF DANIA DE.L-MAR, ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 141
PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida,
has conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider
the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
Florida, that DANIA BEACH, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 8, page 1, of the public records of Broward County, Florida, and the

Resubdivision of DANIA DE.L-MAR, according to the plat thereof recorded in
I
Plat Book 14, page 73, of the public records of Broward County, Florida, be
+.' rezoned from R-2 classification to R-3 classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing, the City Commission of the City
of Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida,
that the aforesaid property be rezoned as aforesaid;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF DANIA
1 , FLORIDA:
Section I. That the following described property, to wit:

DANIA BEACH, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 8, page 1, of the public
records of Broward County, Florida; and
i
Resubdivision of DANIA DE.L-MAR, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, page 73,
of the public records of Broward County, Florida;
be and the same hereby is rezoned from R-2 classification to R-3 classification.I '
Section z. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
