ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 28-31, SUBSECTION
(a), CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA
BY ADDING AN ADDITIONAL SENTENCE TO READ AS
FOLLOWS: "THE RIGHT OF WAY OF S.W. 12TH AVENUE
AND N.W 12TH AVENUE FROM STIRLffG ROAD TO BROWARD
ROAD SHALL BE THE WEST 35 FEET OF SECTION 34, TOWN-
SHIP 51) SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, COMMENCING AT A POINT
ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 5PSOUTH,
RANGE 42 EAST, 35 FEET EAST OF THE WEST LINE OF
SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 58t SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST; THENCE
PROCEEDING NORTH PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF
SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 5P SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, TO THE
SOUTH LINE OF BROWARD ROAD; THENCE WEST ALONG THE
SOUTH LINE OF BROWARD ROAD, A DISTANCE OF 35 FEET
TO A POINT AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE WEST LINE OF
SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 50SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, AND
THE SOUTH LINE OF STIRLING ROAD; THENCE SOUTH ALONG
THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 50SOUTH,
RANGE 42 EAST, TO THE S.W. CORNER OF SECTION 34
TOWNSHIP 5D SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST: THENCE EAST ALONG
THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 51D SOUTH, RANGE
42 EAST, 35 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FOLRODA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 28-31, subsection (a), of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Dania, Florida is amended by
inserting an additional sentence
to read as follows:
"The right of way of S.W. 12th Avenue and N.W. 12th
Avenue from Stirling Road to Broward Road shall be
the West 35 feet of Section 34, Township 51 South
Range 42 East, commencing at a point on the South line
of Section 34, Township 51 South, Range 42 East, 35
feet east of the West line of Section 34, Township 51
South, Range 42 East; thence proceeding North parallel
to the West line of Section 34, Township 51 South,
Range 42 East, to the South line of Broward Road;
thence West along the South line of Broward Road, a
distance of 35 feet to a point at the intersection of the
West line of Section 34, Township 51 South, Range 42
East, and the South line of Stirling Road; thence South
along the West line of Section 34, Township 51 South,
Range 42 East, to the S. W, corner of Section 34,
Township 51 South, Range 42 East; thence East along
the South line of Section 34, Township 51 South, Range
42 East, 35 feet to the point of beginning. "

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
{
I herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such

conflict,

Section 3, This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
