AN ORDINANCE VACATING, A13 NDONING, DIS-
CONTINUING, RENOUNCING, AND DISCLAIMING
ANY RIGHT OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
IN AND TO A CERTAIN ALLEY SHOWN ON THE
AMENDED PLAT OF SOUTH DANIA HEIGHTS,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 9, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City of Dania, Florida, by this resolution,
hereby vacates, abandons, discontinues, renounces and disclaims any

right of the City of Dania, Florida, in and to the following described
lands, to wit:
A parcel of land, being more particularly described
as follows: Commence at the NW corner of Lot 10,
Block 3, of the Amended Plat of SOUTH DANIA
' HEIGHTS, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 9, public records of Broward
County, Florida; thence proceed in a Southerly
direction along the West property line of said Lot 10
a distance of 143. 77 feet, thence proceed in a West-
erly direction along the extension of the South prop-
erty line of Lots 1 through 10, Block 3, of said sub-
division, a distance of 15 feet to a point on the East
Property line of Lot 16, Block 3, of said subdivision;
thence proceed in a Northerly direction along the East
property line of Lots 11 through 16, Block 3, of said
subdivision, to the NE corner of Lot 11, Block 3,
of said subdivision; thence proceed in an Easterly
direction along the extension of the North property
line of Lot 11, Block 3, of said subdivision, a dis-
tance of 15 feet to the point of beginning; this parcel
describes a tract of land 15 feet wide and approximately
143. 77 feet long, shown as a portion of an alley on
the Amended Plat of SOUTH DANIA HEIGHTS, accord-
ing to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page
9, of the public records of Broward County, Florida.
Section 2. All ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances
or resolutions, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and adoption.
