OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City of Dania does hereby
declare its desire to use the offices of the County Tax
Assessor o ' 3roward County, Florida, and the County Tax
Collector of 3roward County, Florida, for the assessin7
and collecting of municpal taxes for the ,year 1957; and
does hereby provide th..t tKe assessment and collection
of taxes for the year 1957 shall be made by the County
Tax :assessor of 3roward County, Florida, and by the
County Tax Collector of Broward County, Florida, respectively
as provided by Chapter 25712, Laws of Florida, Special
Acts of 1949, pursuant to the terms :and provisions of
Sections 18 and 19, of Article VIII of the Consitutition
of the State of Florida.
Section 2. That a certified copy of this ordinance
shall be forwarded by the City Clerk to the County Tax
Assessor of Broward County, Florida, and to the County
Tax Colloctor of 3ros and Count;', l'lorida, respectively.
Section 3. All ordinances or harts of ordinances ,
or resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict here-
with, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent
• of such conflict.
