AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING FOR
RECORD THE PLAT OF ROYAL PALM VISTA, COVER-
ING LAND SITUATE IN DANIA) BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL ALLEYS AND STREETS
THERE PROVIDED; DEDICATING TO THE PERPE-
TUAL USE OF THE .PUBLIC THE STREETS AND
ALLEYS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF ROYAL PALM
VISTA; AND ABANDONING AND VOIDING ALL STREETS
AND ALLEYS AS TO SAID LAND EXISTING PRIOR TO
THE ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL OF SAID PLAT.
WHEREAS, L. S. , Inc. , a Florida corporation, is the owner
of the following described land:
The Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4)
and the West Half (W 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter
S ( SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the
Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 35, Township
50 South, Range 42 East; said lands situate, lying
and being in Broward County, Florida;
and

WHEREAS, the said owner has submitted to the City
Com-mission of the City of Dania, Florida, a plat of the aforesaid land, said
plat being entitled ROYAL PALM VISTA; and

WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of ROYAL PALM

VISTA, that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use of the public, the
streets and alleys shown in said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
' Section 1: That the plat of ROYAL PALM VISTA, dated the
day of 1955, be and the same is hereby accepted
and approved for record.
Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of way as shown
by said plat by L. S. , Inc. , be and the same are hereby approved and ded-
icated to the perpetual use of the public, and the streets, alleys and/or I

rights of way as to said land existing prior to the adoption of said plat
be and the same are hereby voided and abandoned as public streets,
alleys, and/or rights of ways.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
c onflic t.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
