ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 11 THROUGH 2O, /DANIA
COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TOT E PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 23,
PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM R-1 CLASSIFICATION TO R-2 CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, The City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, has
conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider the
recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,

Florida, that Lots 11 through 20,/DANI,A COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, page 23, public records of Broward
County, Florida be rezoned from R-1 classification to R-2 classification; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing the City Commission of the City of Dania,
Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida, that the
aforesaid area be rezoned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Lots 11 through 20,'DANIA COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES,

according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, page 23, public records

of Broward County, Florida, be and the same hereby are rezoned from R-1
i
classification to R-2 classification. _.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
