ORDINANCE NO.3
ORDINANCE REZONING THE AREA ALONG STIRLING
ROAD LYING BETWEEN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AND THE AREA ALONG STIRLING
ROAD WHICH IS PRESENTLY ZONED C-1, FROM R-3
CLASSIFICATION TO B-2 CLASSIFICATION FOR A DEPTH
OF 300 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, has

conducted a public hearing at the City Hall in Dania, Florida, to consider the
i
recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
Florida, that the area along Stirling Road lying between the City limits of the
j
City of Dania, Florida, and the area along Stirling Road which is presently
zoned C-1, be changed from R-3 classification to B-2 classification for a
depth of 300 feet from the property line; and
ti WHEREAS, after said hearing the City Commission of the City of
Dania, Florida, deems it for the best interests of the City of Dania, Florida,
that the aforesaid area be rezoned as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the area along Stirling Road lying between the City
limits of the City of Dania, Florida, and the area along Stirling Road which
is presently zoned C-1, be and the same is hereby changed from R-3 classi-
fication to B-2 classification for a depth of 300 feet from the property line.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately
' upon its passage and adoption.
