AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE TIME FOR THE
REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY PLANNING
AND ZONING BOARDY CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
TO THE FIRST TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH
AT 8:00 P. M.

WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
! Florida, has in past years held its meetings at 8:00 P. M. on the second
Monday of each month; and
i
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
Florida, has recommended to the City Commission of the City of Dania,
Florida, that the time for the regular meetings of said City Planning and
Zoning Board be changed to the first Tuesday of each month at 8:00 P. M. ; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, deems
it for the best interest of the public to hold the aforesaid meetings at 8:00
P. M. on the first Tuesday of each and every month;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMiVIISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the regular meetings of the City Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Dania, Florida, be and same shall be held at 8:00 P. M.
on the first Tuesday of each month, beginning with the month of April, 1956.

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and lake effect immedi-
ately upon its passage and adoption.
