AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27-3(d), CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, BY REPEAL-
ING SECTION 27-3(d) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF DANIA� FLORIDA IN ITS ENTIRETY AND
BY ENACTING A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS
SECTION 27-3(d), TO PROVIDE A NEW SCHEDULE FOR
WATER METER CHARGES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIAS FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 27-3(d) of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Dania, Florida, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. That a new Section 27-3(d) is hereby enacted and shall
read as follows:
"(d) Meter charges. Every applicant for water service
b at a location where water service has not previously been
furnished shall be assessed and shall pay a meter charge
in accordance with the following schedule:
"3/4 inch $ 45. 00
1 inch 85. 00
1-1/2 inch 145. 00
2 inch 200. 00"
Section 3. All ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances

or resolutions in conflict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby

repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and adoption.
