ORDINANCE NO..3
AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 21 AND 24, IN
BLOCK 10, LOTS 22 AND 23, IN BLOCK 11, LOTS
2 AND 3, IN BLOCK 12, AND LOTS 1 AND 4, IN
BLOCK 13, OF THE CITY OF DANIA, ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
"B", PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE,
LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM B-2 TO C-l.
WHEREAS, the owner of Lots 21 and 24, in Block 10, Lots 22
and 23 in Block 11, Lots 2 and 3 in Block 12, and Lots 1 and 4 in Block
13, of the City of Dania, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book "B", page 49, of the public records of Dade County, Florida, said
lands situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida, has made

application to the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania,
'a Florida, that the zoning on the aforesaid property be changed from B-2
to C-1; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Dania, Florida, has held a public hearing on said proposed change in

zoning after having given proper and due notice as required by the ordi-
nances and charter of the City of Dania, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Dania, Florida, has recommended to the City Commission of the City
of Dania, Florida, that an ordinance be passed adopting said change in
zoning; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Dania, Florida, has
advertised by giving 15 days notice that the City Commission of the City
of Dania, Florida, would conduct a public hearing on said proposed change

of zoning at 8:00 P. M. on Monday, December 19, 1955; and

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida,
has conducted such hearing and deems it for the best interest that said
property be rezoned from B-2 to C-1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property, to wit:
Lots 21 and 24, in Block 10, Lots 22 and
23 in Block 11, Lots 2 and 3, in Block 12,
and Lots 1 and 4, in Block 13, of the City
of Dania, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book "B", page 49, of
the public records of Dade County, Florida,
said lands situate, lying and being in
Broward County, Florida,
be and the same hereby is rezoned from B-2 to C-1.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
