ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING A MINIMUM FLOOR
LEVEL FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS ABUTTING
STATE ROAD A-1-A, IN THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the minimum floor level of all commercial
buildings and structures hereafter erected upon premises abutting State Road
A-1-A (Dania Beach Boulevard), be and the same is hereby established at
Nc #eF
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect im-
mediately upon its passage and adoption.
