AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 327;
PROVIDING BUILDING SET-BACK LINES FOR THE
STREET WIDENING PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described streets are hereby
designated as main arterial thoroughfares of the City of Dania, Florida,
and same are hereby further designated and determined to have a
greater width than fifty (50) feet, and no building or structure shall be
erected or located upon any property abutting such streets and avenues
closer to the center line of such streets than one half (1/2) of the in-
dicated and designated width of such streets, to wit:
That the right of way of S. W. Dixie Highway, from
the F. E. C. Railroad, southwesterly to the South
city limits shall be 72 feet in width, more or less.
That the right of way of Phippen Road, from Stirling
Road south to the Dixie Highway, shall be 72 feet,
more or less.
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
