ORDINANCE NO, , S_
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING FOR
RECORD THE PLAT OF OCEAN VIEW, GOLF
ADDITION, COVERING LAND SITUATE IN DANIA.*
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL
ALLEYS AND STREETS THERE PROVIDED; DEDI-
CATING TO THE PERPETUAL USE OF THE PUBLIC
THE STREETS AND ALLEYS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT
OF OCEAN VIEW, GOLF ADDITION; AND ABANDON-
ING AND VOIDING ALL STREETS AND ALLEYS AS
TO SAID LAND EXISTING PRIOR TO THE ACCEP-
TANCE AND APPROVAL OF SAID PLAT*
WHEREAS, Domenico Cassone and Julia Cassone, husband
and wife, are the owners of the following described land:
All of Blocks Two (2), Three (3), Four (4),
Five (5), Eight (8), and Nine (9), of the
Amended Plat of Ocean View, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11,
page 20, of the public records of Broward
County, Florida; said lands situate, lying
and being in Broward County, Florida;
'4 and,
WHEREAS, said owners have submitted to the City Com-
mission of the City of Dania, Florida, a plat of the aforesaid
land, said plat being entitled OCEAN VIEW, GOLF ADDITION; and,
WHEREAS, the said Commission finds that said plat eon-
plied with the official Charter of the City of Dania, and its
ordinances; and,
WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of OCEAN VIEW,
GOLF ADDITION, that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use
of the ,public, the streets and alleys shown in said plat;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the plat of OCEAN VIEW, GOLF ADDI-
TION, dated the day of , 1955s be and
the same is hereby accepted and approved for record,
Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of
way as shown by said plat by Domenico Cassone and Julia Cassone,

be and the same are hereby approved and dedicated tot he per-
petual use of the public, and the streets, alleys, and/or rights
of way as to the said land existing prior to the adoption of
said plat be and the same are hereby voided and abandoned as
I
public streets, alleys, and/or rights of way.

Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
I
extent of such conflict.
section : This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
