AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
FOR RECORD THE PLAT OF FANROSE PARK,
COVERING LAND SITUATE IN DANIA, BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL ALLEYS
AND STREETS THERE PROVIDED; DEDICATING
TO THE PERPETUAL USE OF THE PUBLIC THE
STREETS AND ALLEYS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT
OF FANROSE PARK; AND ABANDONING AND
VOIDING ALL STREETS AND ALLEYS AS TO SAID
LAND EXISTING PRIOR TO THE ACCEPTANCE
AND APPROVAL OF SAID PLAT,
WHEREAS, William F. King and Irene P. King, husband
and wife, are the owners of the following described land:
Lot One (1) and the North Twenty-five feet (N 251)
of Lot Two (2), Block One (1), St. James Park
North, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 3, page 33, of the public records of
Broward County, Florida; said lands situate,
lying and being in Broward County, Florida; b ,
and,
WHEREAS, the said owners have submitted to the City
Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, a plat of the aforesaid land,

said plat being entitled FANROSE PARK; and,
WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of FANROSE PARK,
that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use of the public, the streets
and alleys shown in said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the plat of FANROSE PARK, dated the
day of 1955, be and the same is hereby

accepted and approved for record.
Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of way as
j shown by said plat by William F. King and Irene P. King, be and the
same are hereby approved and dedicated to the perpetual use of the t

utility easements,
public, and the streets, alleys, And/or rights of way as to said land
existing prior to the adopting of said plat be and the same are hereby
utility easements,
voided and abandoned as public streets, alleys /and/or rights of way.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-

flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
