AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
FOR RECORD THE PLAT OF THE RESUBDIVISION
OF BLOCKS THREE AND SIX, OF NORTH
WYLDEWOOD PARK, COVERING LAND SITUATE
IN DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN-
CLUDING ALL ALLEYS AND STREETS THERE
PROVIDED; DEDICATING TO THE PERPETUAL
USE OF THE PUBLIC THE STREETS AND ALLEYS
SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF THE RESUBDIVISION
OF BLOCKS THREE AND SIX, OF NORTH
j WYLDEWOOD PARK; AND ABANDONING AND
VOIDING ALL STREETS AND ALLEYS AS TO SAID
LAND EXISTING PRIOR TO THE ACCEPTANCE
i AND APPROVAL OF SAID PLAT,

described land:
All of Blocks Three (3) and Six (6), of NORTH
WYLDEWOOD PARK, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 10, page 4, of the public re-
cords of Broward County, Florida; said lands situate,
lying and being in Broward County, Florida;
and,
WHEREAS, said owners have submitted to the City Commission
of the City of Dania, Florida, a plat for the resubdivision of the aforesaid
land; and,
WHEREAS, the said Commission finds that said plat complies
with the official Charter of the City of Dania, and its ordinances; and,
WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of the resubdivision of
Blocks Three and Six of North Wyldewood Park, that said plat dedicates
to the perpetual use of the public, the streets and alleys shown in said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM-

MISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the plat of the Resubdivision of Blocks Three

and Six, of NORTH WYLDEWOOD PARK, dated the day of I

1955, be and the same is hereby accepted and
approved for record.

Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of way as shown
by said plat by
be and the same are hereby approved and dedicated to the perpetual use of

the public, and the streets, alleys, and/or rights of way as to said land
existing prior to the adopting of said plat be and the same are hereby
voided and abandoned as public streets, alleys, and/or rights of way.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
I
conflict.

!, Section 4: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on First reading this 7A day of
