AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 319,
AND ORDINANCES PRIOR THERETO; PROVIDING
REGULATIONS FOR THE SALE OF INTOXICATING
BEVERAGES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Section 28, of Ordinance No. 319 be amended
by adding thereto the following provisions:

"Section 28-A: No person shall sell or serve any alcoholic
i
beverages to persons in automobiles, and all curb service
of alcoholic beverages is hereby prohibited.
Section 28-B: No person licensed under this ordinance
s
shall allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages upon
his or her premises by persons in automobiles.
Section 28-C: No person licensed under this ordinance
shall permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages by
-'A i minors upon his premises, whether indoors or outdoors,

and a violation of this section shall be presumed to have
i
been with the full knowledge and consent of the licensee.

Section 2: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
i
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
i
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
i
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
