ORDINANCE NO. _ � (
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROV-
ING FOR RECORD THE PLAT OF DANIA
GOLF VIEW, COVERING LAND SITUATE IN
DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA) IN-
CLUDING ALL ALLEYS AND STREETS THERE
PROVIDED, AND DEDICATING TO THE PER-
PETUAL USE OF THE PUBLIC THE STREETS
AND ALLEYS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF
DANIA GOLF VIEW.

WHEREAS, Howard C. Frost and Florence E. Frost,
husband and wife, are the owners of the following described land:
The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the North-
west Quarter (N W 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE 1/4) of Section 3, Township 51 South, Range
1 42 East, Dania, B-roward County, Florida;
and,
WHEREAS, said owners have submitted to the City Com-
mission of the City of Dania, Florida, a plat of the aforesaid land,
said plat being entitled DANIA GOLF VIEW; and
WHEREAS, the said Commission finds that said plat com-
plies with the official Charter of the City of Dania, and its ordinances;
and
WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of DANIA GOLF VIEW,

j that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use of the public, the streets and

alleys shown in said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the plat of DANIA GOLF VIEW, dated the
day of 1955, be and the same is hereby
,
accepted and approved for record.
Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of way as shown
by said plat by Howard C. Frost and Florence E. Frost, be and the same

are hereby approved and dedicated to the perpetual use of the public, and

the streets, alleys, and/or rights of way as to said land existing prior
to the adopting of said plat be and the same are hereby voided and aban-
doned as public streets, .alleys, and/or rights of way.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
