AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING FOR RECORD AN AMENDED PLAT OF BLOCKS TWO AND THREE OF SPAR-RICH, COVERING LAND SITUATE IN DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL ALLEYS AND STREETS THERE PROVIDED; DEDICATING TO THE PERPETUAL USE OF THE PUBLIC THE STREETS AND ALLEYS SHOWN ON SAID AMENDED PLAT OF BLOCKS TWO AND THREE OF SPAR- RICH; AND ABANDONING AND VOIDING ALL STREETS AND ALLEYS AS TO SAID LAND EXIST- ING PRIOR TO THE ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL OF SAID AMENDED PLAT. 1 WHEREAS, William E. Richardson and Ruth L. Richardson, husband and wife, John M. Conroy and Anais R. Conroy, husband and j wife, James C. Conley and Mary E. Conley, husband and wife, and Charles P. Wood and Bernadette S. Wood, husband and wife, are the owners of the following described land: All of Blocks Two (2) and Three (3) of SPAR- RICH, according to the plat thergof recorded in Plat Book 31, page 36, of the public records of Broward County, Florida; ab' and WHEREAS, said owners have submitted to the City Com- mission of the City of Dania, Florida, an amended plat of the afore- said land; and WHEREAS, the said Commission finds that said amended plat complies with the official charter of the City of Dania, and its ordinances; and WHEREAS, it appears from said amended plat that said 1 plat dedicates to the perpetual use of the public, the streets and alleys r shown in said amended plat; a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: I 1 i • I j11 i� 1 Section 1: That the amended plat of Blocks Two (2) and Three (3), of SPAR-RICH, dated the day of , i 1954, be, and the same is hereby accepted and approved for record. Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of way as shown by said amended plat by William E. Richardson, Ruth L. Richardson, James C. Conley, Mary E. Conley, John M. Conroy, Anais R. Conroy, Charles P. Wood and Bernadette S. Wood, be and the same are hereby approved and dedicated to the perpetual use of the public, and the streets, alleys, and/or rights of way as to said land existing prior to the adoption of said plat be and the same are hereby voided and abandoned as public 'streets, alleys, and/or rights of way. Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. i I Section 4: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect •� " immediately upon its passage and adoption.
