ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 32? : PROVIDING TIME PERIOD
BETWEEN ZONING CHANGE APPLICATIONS;
PROVIDING PUBLIC HEARINGS AND NOTICE
IN CERTAIN ZONING APPLICATIONS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Upon rejection by the City Commission of the
City of Dania of any application for change, exception, and/or
variance in existing zoning ordinances and regulations as same
affects a specific lot, piece or parcel of land in the City of Dania,
y Florida, a period of not less than months shall elapse

before the said City Commission will accept other, further, or
new applications for the same change, exception, and/or variance,
i
irregardless of the identity of the petitioner.
Section 2: Public hearings on applications for any of the
eight (8) uses listed in Section One (1) under °M-1" Districts
(Industrial District) shall be conducted by the City Planning and
Zoning Board no less than ten (10) days prior to the submission of
its report to the City Commission. Said hearings shall be adver-
tised one (1) time in a legal publication in the City of Dania at least
i 1_days prior to said hearing. Owners of land abutting those
described in said application shall be notified of said hearing by
i
registered mail.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent
i
i
of such conflict.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in force and take

effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
