If no structural alterations ,arc made a non-conforming use

Each application for a building permit oha.11 be accompanied by
a Plot Flan in duplicate, either blueprints, photostats or
black and white prints, drawn to scale, sho,:ring the actual
dimensions of the lot to be built upon, shape and location of
the building to be erected , and such information as nay be
necessary to provide for the enforcement of this ordinance. A
record of such applications and Plot Plans shall be kept In
the office of the Building Inspector. There application is
made which, if ;ranted, ,Could enlarge an existing non-conforming
use, the application shall be accompanied by an offidavit
giving description of the premises and the non-conforming use
existing on the date of the passage of this ordinance, and such
other information as may be required by the wilding Inspector
and the Planning Board.
BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICTS:
There uncertainty exists as to boundaries of any district shorn
on the official zoning map, the following rules sholl apply:
(I ) There such district boundaries are indicated as approx -
y' imately following street lines, alley lines or lot lines, such
lines shall be construed to be boundaries.
(2 ) In unsubdividod property, or shore a district boundary
divides a lot, the location of such boundary, unless the same

scale appearing on the map.

or abandoned, the regulations applicable to each parcel of
abutting property shall apply to that portion of such street or

In interpreting and applying the provisions of this ordinance,
they shall be held to be the minimum roquiromonts for the

agreements betToen parties; provided, howevar, that where this
ordinance imposes a greater restriction upon the use of build -

(I) Any use permitted in "R-I-AA or R-I-A District" .

(3) A Transitional use will be permitted where property zoned
as "R-I District" abutts on property zoned for business or
industrial purposes. In such area uses permitted in "R-3 District"
shall be permitted in a I00 foot strip adjoining said business
area, including off-street parkin? for businesses established
in the business zone adjoining thereto; and in the next abutting
fifty (50) feet, uses permitted in "R-2 District" shall be per -
mitted; provided, however, that where a street, canal or water -
way intervenes in such transitional area, no transitional use
shall be extended beyond such street, canal cr witorwRy ; and,
further, provideS., that if in such transitional area, or in the
next area adjoining such transitional area, the remaining minor
part in area of a lot is not usable or larva enough in size or
area for the use permittel in such district, then the minor part
of such lot shall be usable fcr the purpose for which the major
part of such lot is uspblo. However, if a major part of the area
of lots abuttin; ot.tch transitional use remains, such major part

(6) Both the tentative and final subdivision plan must be pre - ! �

(7) All applicants for subdivision approval must submit, with
