ORDINANCE NO. .
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING FOR
RECORD THE AMENDED PLAT OF LOTS 1 TO 23,
PHIPPEN'S SUBDIVISION, COVERING LAND SITUATE
IN DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING
ALL ALLEYS AND STREETS THERE PROVIDED, AND
DEDICATING TO THE PERPETUAL USE OF THE PUB-
LIC THE STREETS AND ALLEYS SHOWN ON SAID
AMENDED PLAT.
WHEREAS, City of Dania, Florida, Lena Savio, H. X.
McDermott, Joseph Lusardi, Louis and Lena Silva, John and Lillian
Yancey and George B. Land, are the owners of the following described

I land:

Lots One (1) to Thirteen (13) inclusive, of
George M. Phippen's Subdivision, located
in Section 3, Township 51 South, Range 42
East, East of the Florida East Coast Rail-
way, according to the plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 2, page 90, of the public records
of Dade County, Florida; said lands situate,
lying and being in Broward County, Florida;
and,
WHEREAS, said owners have submitted to the City Com-
mission of the City of Dania, Florida, an amended plat of the aforesaid
land; and
WHEREAS, the said Commission funds that said amended
plat complies with the official Charter of the City of Dania, and its or-
dinances; and,
WHEREAS, it appears from said amended plat that said
amended plat dedicates to the perpetual use of the public, the streets and
alleys shovis in said amended plat;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1: That the amended plat, as hereinabove des- I
cribed, be and the same is hereby accepted and approved for record.

Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of way as
shown by said amended plat by City of Dania, Florida, Lena & vio, H. X.
McDermott, Joseph Lusardi, Louis and Lena Silva, Bohn and Lillian
i
Yancey and George B. Land, be and the same are hereby approved and
dedicated to the perpetual use of the public, and the streets, alleys, and/or
rights of way as to said land existing prior to the adopting of said amended
plat be and the same are hereby voided and abandoned as public streets,
alleys, and/or rights of way.

Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage : .n5. w�ioption.
