AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING
THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 177, FLORIDA
` STATUTES OF 1953, ENTITLED MAP AND PLATS. r.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1: That the Provisions of Chapter 177, Florida Statutes
of 1953, entitled "Maps and Plats", be and the same are hereby confirmed
i
and adopted by reference as fully as if set forth in haec verba, as an ordinance
i
of the City of Dania, Florida.
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
