ORDINANCE NO. 32
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN LA14DS DESCRIBED ON THE
SHEETS ATTACHED HERETO AND IDENTIFIED AS EXHIBIT "A" '
FROM EXISTING ZONING CLAASSIFICATIONS TO B-2 ZONING
CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA; AND REZONING CERTAIN LANDS DESCRIBED '
I ON THE SHEET ATTACHED HERETO AND IDENTIFIED AS
EXHIBIT "B" FROM EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS TO .
R-3A ZONING CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE ZONING ORDI-
NANCES OF CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING FOR
{ A MAXIMUM DENSITY OF 17 LIVING UNITS PER ACRE; AND
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT THAT
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE AS OF ITS
j PASSAGE AND ADOPTION ON THIRD READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the lands more particularly described on the sheets attached
J hereto (with such sheets being identified as Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof by

reference) containing approximately 5.00 acres, more or less, located within the limits
of the City of Dania, Broward County, Florida, be and the same are hereby rezoned from
j existing zoning classifications to B-2 zoning classification under the zoning ordinances ;
of the City of Dania, Florida.

Section 2. That the lands more particularly described on the sheets attached
hereto (with such sheets being identified as Exhibit "B" which is made a part hereof by
reference) containing approximately 53.017 acres, more cr less, located within the limits
of the City of Dania, Broward County, Florida, be and the same are hereby rezoned from
existing zoning classifications to R-3A zoning classification under the zoning-ordinances
of the City of Dania, Florida. Specifically, in connection with such rezoning, the maximum

living units which may be constructed on such lands rezoned to R-3A zoning classification
(
shall be 17 living units per acre.

Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and

the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

{ Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately upon
its passage and adoption,
