ORDINANCE NO. 312
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR,
CITY MANAGER, AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, AN AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE
BETWEEN THE CITY OF DANIA AND A. V. B.
BAILEY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the Mayor, City Manager, and City Clerk,
i
be and they are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement to Purchase
in behalf of the City of Dania, Florida, as Buyer, and A. V. B. Bailey,
i
as Seller, a copy of which Agreement to Purchase is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect im-
mediately upon its passage and adoption.
