AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN LAND IN
THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, after lawful hearing, the following described
property:
Lots One (1) to Seven (7) inclusive, Lots Twenty
(20) to Thirty-nine (39) inclusive, Block One (1),
and Lots One (1) to Four (4) inclusive, Block Two
(2), in Paradise Manor, according to the plat
thereof recorded in the public records of Broward
County, Florida;

be and the same hereby is zoned "B Business3", as defined in the zoning
ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all regulations and require-
ments appertaining to "B Business" shall apply to the aforesaid property.
Section 2: That, after Lawful hearing, the following des-
cribed property:
^u ; Lots Eight (8) to Nineteen (19) inclusive, Block One
(1), and Lots Five (5) to Sixteen (16) inclusive,
Block Two (2), in Paradise Manor, according to the
plat thereof recorded in the public records of
Broward County, Florida;
be and the same hereby is zoned "C Residence", as defined in the zoning
ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all regulations and require-
ments appertaining to "C Residence" shall apply to the aforesaid property.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption,

. jSection 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict. herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such

conflict.
