ARTICLE I.
Definitions .
Section 1 : [Tnl.ess otherwise e)[nresslj- stated, the
folTowin„ words shall, for the purposes of this Ordinance, have
the meaning herein indicated :
Words used in the singular number include the n1mral and vice
versa, and the word "building", includes the word "structure".
ACCESSORY BUILDING: A subordinate building, which is located
_ on the same lot as the main building or on an adjacent lot, the
use of which buildinn is clearly incidental to the use of the
main building.
ADVERTISING SIGNS - GENERAL: A nested advertisement which does
not apply to Premises or any use of premises wherein such sign

Section 3: In Business "A" Districts, the area of any one floor of a
building used for residental purposes shall not exceed 60`' of the lot
