AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN LAND IN
THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, after lawful hearing, the following described
property:

All of Block One (1) in Dania Country Club Estates,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the public
records of Broward County, Florida;
be and the same hereby is zoned "A Business", as defined in the zoning
ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all regulations and require-
ments appertaining to "A Business" shall apply to the aforesaid property.
Section 2: That, after lawful hearing, the following described
property:
All of Block Two (2) in Dania Country Club Estates,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the public
.0 records of Broward County, Florida;
be and the same hereby is zoned "B Residence", as defined in the zoning
ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all regulations and require-
ments appertaining to "B Residence" shall apply to the aforesaid property.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by the authority vested
in me and in pursuance to resolution passed by the C-ty Commission
of Dania, Florida, on the 8th day of September, 1953, I do hereby
proclaim that a Primary Election authorized by said resolution will
be held in the City of Dania on the 13th day of October, A. D. , 1953,
for the purpose of nominating City Commissioners to be voted upon
at the General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 3, A. D.

I 1953.
The City Clerk will open the registration books and records
during regular business hours for the registration of voters until the
close of such business hours at five (5) P. M. , in the afternoon of
October 5, 1953, when same shall be closed, and shall remain closed
for seven (7) days prior to said Primary Election, and then said regis-
tration books shall be kept open and maintained as required by law.

The election shall be held in the Community Hose and the
Dania Elementary School, within the City of Dania, Florida, as provided
by prior resolutions; the polls will be open at 7:00 A.M. , in the forenoon
and will be closed at 7:00 P. M. , on the day of said election.

All qualified electors of the City of Dania who have regis-
tered will be entitled to vote at said election.
