ORDINANCE NO . 3a 6
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
FOR RECORD THE PLAT OF PARADISE MANOR,
COVERING LAND SITUATE IN DANIA, BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL ALLEYS
AND STREETS THERE PROVIDED, AND DEDI-
CATI NG TO THE PERPETUAL USE OF THE PUB-
LIC THE STREETS AND ALLEYS SHOWN ON
SAID PLAT OF PARADISE MANOR.

WHEREAS, Harry A. Friedman and Leona L. Friedman,
husband and wife, are the owners of the following described land:
The East Half (E 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter
(SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the
Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Thirty-
four • (34), Township Fifty (50) South, Range
Forty-two (42) East;
and,
WHEREAS, said owners have submitted to the City Commis-
sion of the City of Dania, Florida, a plat of the aforesaid land, said plat
being entitled PARADISE MANOR; and,
WHEREAS, the said Commission finds that said plat complies

with the official Charter of the City of Dania, and its ordinances; and,
WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of PARADISE MANOR
that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use of the public, the streets and
alleys shown in said plat;
j NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the plat of PARADISE MANOR, dated the
day of 1953, be and the same is hereby ac-
cepted and approved for record.
Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of way as shown
by said plat by Harry A. Friedman and Leona L. Friedman, be and the

same are hereby approved and dedicated to the perpetual use of the public,
and the streets, alleys, and/or rights of way as to said land existing prior
to the adoption of said plat be and the same are hereby voided and aban-
doned as public streets, alleys, and/or rights of way.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
