BE IT ORDAITUM BY THE CITY COi� BY �i I�SIUN OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, ?LORIDA:
Section 1: That, after lawful hearing, the following
described property:
Lots 4, 5, and 6, in Block 1; Lots 72 8, 9,
38, 39, and 401 in Block 2; Lots 4, 5, and 6,
in Block 3; of St. Jaiues Park :worth, according
to the plat thereof recorded in the public
records of Froward County, Plorida; and
Lots 4 through 9, inclusive, in '61ock 1; Lots
8 through 131 inclusive, and Lots 18 through 23,
inclusive, in Block 2; Lots 8 through 13, inclu-
sive, and Lots 18 through 23, inclusive, in
Block 3; Lots 4 through 9, inclusive, in Block
4, of Dixie I-lay, according to the plat thereof
recorded in the public records of Froward County,
Plorida; and
Lots 4 and 5, in Block A; Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10,
in Block B; Lots 4 and 5, in Block C. of High-
land Square, accordin- to the plat thereof recorded
in the public records of Broward County, i'lorida;
and
The Last 100 ft. of the West 240 ft. of the tract
'_.mown as Bess property; and
Lots 82 9, 10, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27, in block 31
of South Dania Heights, according to the plat
thereof recorded in the public records of Broward -
County, Florida; and
The East 179 ft. of the West 329 ft. of the tract
known as the Sparkrnian property;
be and the same hereby is zoned "B Residence" , as defined in the
zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all regu-
lations and requirements appertaining to "B Residence" shall

apply to the aforesaid property.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
