the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
27, page 9, of the public records of
Broward County, Florida; said lands situate,
lying and being in Broward County, Florida;

WHEREAS, said owners have submitted to the City

Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, a plat of the afore-

said land, said plat being entitled I-ARWOOD SUBDIVISION; and, i
VFHEREAS, the said Commission finds that said plat
complies with the official Charter of the City of Dania, and
its ordinances; and,

WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of IARWOOD SUB-
DIVISION that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use of the
public, the streets and alleys shown in said plat;
