WHEREAS, negotiations have been carried on for sometime

aria, Florida, and Cyril G.Y McAndrews and
Munro
Operating Co. , Inc. , an individual
and a Florida corporation, re-
spectively, as to the assessment, levy and collection of an admission tax
(commonly called a "head tax")j , of 14 on each person attendin

1 Alai games to be held at the Fronton which the said C
and Munro Operating Co. Cyril G. McAndrews
Inc, , propose to construct and operate in the
City of Dania, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, the
Parties to the said agreement have reached
a mutually advantageous
g and acceptable solution relative to certain terms
and conditions;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION CITY OF D OF THE CI

Section 1:
That the Mayor, City Manager, and City Clerk,

herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 3: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
