ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FORMS, RULES
AND REGULATIONS, FEE SCHEDULES, PLOT
PRICES, AND OTHER MEMORANDA CON-
CERNING DANIA MEMORIAL PARK.
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Dania Memorial Park,
upon the advice of the Dania Advisory Cemetery Board, has made certain
recommendations to the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida,
as to the adoption and use of forms, rules and regulations, fee schedules,

j plot prices, and other memoranda concerning Dania Memorial Park; and,

WHEREAS, said City Commission believes said recommen-
dations are excellent and necessary for the operation of said cemetery;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the forms, rules and regulations, fee
schedules, plot prices, and other memoranda recommended by the Board
of Trustees of Dania Memorial Park, be and the same are hereby accepted
and approved for use in connection with the operation of Dania Memorial

Park.
Section 2: That copies of the aforesaid forms, rules and

regulations, fee schedules, plot prices and other memoranda concerning
Dania Memorial Park are attached hereto, marked and numbered as
l '
Exhibits 1 through inclusive, the contents and form of which
I
are incorporated herein as fully as if set forth in haec verba, and same
i
are hereby declared official for their respective purposes.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 4: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

A. Interments :
1. Adults - complete service charge $50. 00
(including all necessary equipment)
2. Children -
Outside case up to 2', including liner $15. 00
Outside case 2' to 4 30. 00
Outside case 4' to 5' 40. 00

3. Cremated remains - opening grave, including
liner $10. 00
4. No interments shall be permitted in Dania
Memorial Park on Sundays, New Years Day,
Christmas, Memorial Day, of July 4th.
