ORDINANCE NO. _
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING REGULATIONS
AND A SCHEDULE OF PRICES FOR SERVICES
I IN DANIA WOODLAWN CEMETERY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: No interments shall be permitted in Dania
Woodlawn Cemetery on Sundays, New Years Day, Christmas, Memorial
Day, or July 4th.
Section 2: The following charges shall be made in Dania

Woodlawn Cemetery, to-wit:

j Interments:
j1. Adults - complete service charge $50. 00
(including all necessary equipment)

2. Children -
Outside case up to 21, including liner $10. 00
Outside case 2' to 4' 30. 00
j Outside case 4' to 5' 40. 00
3. Cremated remains - opening grave,
including liner $10. 00
i
Removals:
1. From one grave to another in Dania
Woodlawn Cemetery
a. Adults $50. 00
b. Children - outside case not
exceeding 5' 35. 00
2. From Dania Woodlawn Cemetery to
Dania Memorial Park
j a. All removals Free
3. From Dania Woodlawn Cemetery to
another cemetery outside Dania,
Florida
a. All removals $50. 00
Transfer of Ownership Charges $25. 00
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in force effective on the I
1st day of November, A. D. , 1952.

Section 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
