AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4, OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1697 OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
SAME BEING ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PRO-
VID1NG AND REGULATING THE REGISTRATION
OF ALL PERSONS, FIRMS AND CORPORATIONS
ENGAGED IN A BUSINESS PROFESSION OR
I OCCUPATION IN THE CITY OF DANIA, FIXING
THE LICENSE TAXES FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING
OCT. 11 1946, AND FOR EACH YEAR SUCEEDING
UNTIL REPEALED, REGULATING AND RE-
STRICTING LICENSES APPLIED FOR AFTER
j' OCTOBER 1, OF EVERY YEAR: PROVIDING TERMS
UNDER WHICH SUCH LICENSES MAY BE OBTAINED;
REGULATING THE CARRYING ON OF BUSINESSES
UNDER SUCH LICENSES, AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE ORDINANCE."

Section 1: That Section 4, of Ordinance No. 169, of the City r
of Dania, Florida, be amended, in part, as concerns the following busi-
