ORDINANCE NO.

i AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15,
ORDINANCE NO. 48, AND ORDINANCES AMENDA-
TORY THERETO, PROVIDING FOR FIRE LIMITS
WITHIN THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
i
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 15, Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 48, and ordinances amendatory thereto, be and the same are
hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit:

"The following shall be and hereby are declared to be
i

the fire limits within the City of Dania, Florida: all lands and area situate
in "A Business" and "B Business" zones as defined and prescribed in the
j zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida. Said fire limits shall always
exactly correspond to the limits of said "A and B Business" zones, that is
I
to say, changes in the area encompassed by said "A and B Business" zones
shall contemporaneously and automatically change the fire limits in the
same manner, and it shall not be necessary to enact further ordinances in
order to change the said fire limits to correspond to the area of said
"A and B Business" zones."
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
i herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
j Section 3: This ordinances shall be in force and take effect
{ immediately upon its passage and adoption.
