AN ORDINANCE LIMITING THE FLOOR AREA
OF GUEST HOUSES AND EFFICIENCY APART-
MENTS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1: That all guest houses, efficiency apartments, and
leieAcYadditions to existent buildings to be erected in the City of Dania, wherever
allowed by the zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida, shall have
I
a minimum floor space of 350 square feet.
Section 2: That guest houses and efficiency apartments shall
I
be construed to include those used privately and commercially, and shall
� I
specifically include efficiency apartments in motels.

Section 3: That the City Manager be and he is hereby in-
structed to refuse to issue any building permit where the applicant has not
j
complied with the terms of this ordinance.
I
Section 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
i
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
i
Section 5: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
