ORDINANCE NO. 2 `SS
AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN LAND IN THE
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
j OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, after lawful hearing, the following described
property:
Lots One (1) to Eight (8), inclusive, in Block Five
(5), of BEACHWAY, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 8, page 33, of the public re-
cords of Broward County, Florida;
be and the same is hereby zoned "B Residence", as defined in the zoning
ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all regulations and require-
ments appertaining to "B Residence" shall apply to the aforesaid property.
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
j immediately upon its passage and adoption.
