WHEREAS, Ernest F. Klatt and Violet S. Klatt, husband
and wife, are the owners of the followin; described land:

WHERiAS, said owners have submitted to the City Com-
mission of the City of Dania, Florida, a plat of the aforesaid

1 land, said plat being entitled Dania Tropical Estates; and

WHEREAS, the said Commission finds that said plat

complies with the official Charter of the City of Dania, and

its ordinances; and
WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of Dania Tropical
1 Estates that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use of the
public, the streets and alleys shown in said plat;

NOW, THisi33FORE, BE IT U iDAINE'D BY THE CITY COT-14IS6ION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1: That the plat of Dania Tropical Estates,
dated the day of 1952, be and same is here by
accented and a.onroved for record.

Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of
way as snown by said plat by Ernest F. ilatt and Violet F. Klatt,
be and the same are hereby approved and dedicated to the per-

rights of way as to said land existing prior to the adoption
