WHEREAS, the owners of certain unincorporated lands contiguous to the City of Dania,
i Florida, which property is described herein,
annex said lands have requested that the City of Dania, Florida
to the City of Dania, Florida; and , '
WHEREAS, §171.09 Florida lorida Statutes, provides for the procedure for annexing
