ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN LAND IN THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM14ISSION OF THS CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, after lawful hearing, the following

described property:
All of Mason' s Subdivision, except Lots 1 to 11,
inclusive, in Blocks 1 and 3, according to the
plat thereof recorded in the public records of
Broward County, Florida;
be and the same hereby is zoned "B Residence", as defined in the
zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all regula-
tions and requirements appertaining to "B Residence" shall apply
to the aforesaid property.
Section 2: That, after lawful hearing, the following
j described property:
Lots 1 to 11, inclusive, in Blocks 1 and 3, of
Mason's Subdivision, according to the plat
thereof recorded in the public records of
Broward County, Florida;
be and the same hereby is zoned "B Business", as defined in the
zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all regula-
tions and requirements appertaining to "B Business" shall apply
to the aforesaid property.
Section That, after lawful hearing, the following
j described property:
All of that area bounded on the North by the
Dania Cut-off Canal, on the East by the Gulf-
stream Yacht Basin Road, on the South by a
line 1501 North of State Road A-1-A and para-
llel to said road, and on the West by a line
extending along the East limits of Beachway
Subdivision North to the Dania Cut-off Canal,
all of said land being located in Dania,

be and the same hereby is zoned "AAA Residence", as defined in

the zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; said classi-
fication to contain only single family homes with a minimum

floor space of 1,500 Sq. Ft., and with an elevation of 18" from
the crown of State Road A-1-A; and all regulations and require-
ments appertaining to "AAA Residence" snall apply to the afore-
said property.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in force and '.ake
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption. j
Section 5: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the ex-
tent of such conflict.
