ORDINANCE NO. ,
AN ORDINANCE ZONING Cr2TAIN LAND IN THE
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
i
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, after lawful hearing, the following

described property:
Lots 1 to 12, inclusive, and Lot 330 Block 2,
Dania Beach Subdivision, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 1, of the
Broward County Records; and
i
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, of Block 1; Lots. l to
11, inclusive, of Block 2; Lots 1 to 6, inclu-
sive, of Block 3, of Beachway, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 33,
of the Broward County Records; and
Lot 27, of amended Block 2, of Eskilsen Addition,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the

Broward County Records;
be and the same hereby is zoned "A Business", as defined in the �ry`
zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all regu-
lations and requirements appertaining to "A Business" shall j
apply to the aforesaid property.

Section 2: That, after lawful hearing, the following
described property:
{ Blocks 3 and 4, of Dania Beach Subdivision, accord-
ing to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8,
page 1, of the Broward County Records; and
Blocks A and B, of Dania Del Mar Resubdivision,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the
Broward County Records;

be and the same hereby is zoned "B Residence", as defined in
the zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all
regulations and requirements appertaining to "B Residence" shall
apply to the aforesaid property.

Section 3: That, after lawful hearing, the following

described property:

That area or strip of land 150' in width abutting
State Road A-1-A on the North, from the subdivi-
sion known as Beachway to the East limits of the
City of Dania; I

the zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all
regulations and requirements appertaining to "A Business"
shall apply to the aforesaid property.
Section 4: That, after lawful hearing, the following
described property:
Bloch 20, of Town of Dania (formerly Modelo),
according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book "B", page 49, of the Dade County
Records;
be and the same hereby is zoned "Industrial", as defined in the
zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all regu-
lations and requirements appertaining to "Industrial" shall
{ apply to the aforesaid property.
Section 5: That, after lawful hearing, the zoning
classification of "C Residence" be and the same hereby is
amended to allow land and areas so classified to be used for
day nurseries.
Section 6: That, after lawful hearing, the following
described property:
{ That area and land abutting the Right of Way
of State Road A-1-A on the North, from N. B.
First Street to the cast limits of the City of
Dania;
shall not have a building set back, but buildings and improve-
ments thereon may be constructed on the several property lines.

Section 7: This ordinance shall be in force and take

effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Sectioh 8: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are Hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
