AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AJ�D APPROVING j
FOR RECORD THE PLAT OF DANIA HOMESITES
COVERING LAND SITUATE IN DANIA, BROL+ARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL ALLEYS
AND STREETS THERE PROVIDED, AND DEDI-
CATING TO THE PERPETUAL USE Oil THE
PUBLIC THE STREETS AND ALLEYS SHOWN ON
I SAID PLAT OF DANIA d0iO ESITES.
WHEREAS, Hollywood, Inc., a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, is the

owner of the following described land: y
That part lying East of the Florida East
Coast Railroad Right of Way, of the North-
east Quarter (NE-1 - of the Northwest
Quarter (NW-) of the Southwest Quarter i
(SW4-L) of Section Three (3) , Township Fifty-
one (51) South, Range Forty-two (42) East,
in Broward County, Florida, and containing i
8.2 acres;

WHEREAS, said owner has submitted to the City Com-
mission of the City of Dania, Florida, a plat of the aforesaid I
i
land, said plat being entitled Dania Homesites; and
i I
WHEREAS, the said Commission finds that said plat
complies with the official Charter of the City of Dania, and
1 its ordinances; and
i
i WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of Dania Homesites
that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use of the public..
the streets and alleys shown in said plat;
NOW, THERLFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1: That the plat of Dania Homesites, dated
the 16th day of February, 1952, be and the same is hereby

Iaccepted and approved for record. i
i

Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of
way as shown by said plat by Hollywood, Inc., be and the same
are hereby approved and dedicated to the perpetual use of the
public, and the streets, alleys, and/or rights of way as to
i

said land existing prior to the adoption of said plat be and
i
the same are hereby voided and abandoned as public strects,
1 i
alleys, and/or rights of way.
j Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
l
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict. +
Section 4:_ This ordinance shall be in force and !
take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
