AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING FOR
RECORD THE PLAT OF DALTON VIEW COVERING
LAND SITUATE IN DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL ALLEYS AND STREETS
THERE PROVIDED, AND D �ICATING TO THE
PERPETUAL USE OF THE PUBLIC THE STREETS
AND ALLEYS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF DALTON
VIEW.
WHEREAS, M. Aureilius Zenobia, a single man, is the
owner of the following described land:
All of Blocks One (1) , Two (2) . and Three
,' (3) , of DALTON XANOR AI,iEHDM PLAT as re-
corded in Plat Book 14, page 56, of the
public records of Broward County, Florida;
and
All of Blocks One (1), Six (6) , and Seven
(7) , of OCEAN VIEW AJ NDED PLAT as recorded
in Plat Book 1l., page 39, of the public
records of Broward County, Florida;
and

I WHEREAS, said owner has submitted to the City Commis-
sion of the City of Dania, Florida, a plat of the aforesaid
i
land, said plat being entitled Dalton View; and
WHEREAS, the said Commission finds that said plat
• " complies with the official Charter of the City of Dania, and
its ordinances; and
WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of Dalton View

that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use of the public,
the streets and alleys shown in said plat;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIN, BY THE CITY CONMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the plat of Dalton View, dated the
9th day of January, 1952, be and the same is hereby accepted
and approved for record.
Section 2: That all streets, alleys and rights of
way as shown by said plat by M. Aureilius Zenobia, be and the
same are hereby approved and dedicated to the perpetual use of

the public, and the streets, alloys, and/or rights of way as
to said land existing prior to the adoption of said plat be
and the same are hereby voided and abandoned as public streets,

alleys, and/or rights of way.
9 Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in

conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
Section This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
