AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A BOARD OF
EXAMINERS FOR THE BUSINESS OF GENERAL
j BUILDING CONTRACTOR.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
j DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the following named persons be and
they are hereby appointed as members of the board of examiners
for the business of general building contractor, as provided
in Section 2, Article 9, Part XII of the official Charter of
the City of Dania, Florida:

{ 1. Cyrus C. Lee
2. Martin Lampman
3. Jake Crouch
4- E. S. Tubbs, Jr.
5. Ernest A. Keethler
Section 2: That said appointees shall serve without
compensation at the pleasure of the City Commission. w

Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances, j
I
or resolutions or parts of resolutions, in conflict herewith,
be and they are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section That the City Clerk be and she is hereby
i
directed to mail written notice of their appointment to each
of the above named appointees.
Section 5: This ordinance shall take effect and be
t
in force immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section 6: By unanimous consent of all the commis-
sioners present, this ordinance has been introduced and read
for the first time and read for the second and third times, and
passed on all three readings at this meeting of the City Commis-
sion of the City of Dania, Florida, and has been passed by un-
animous vote of all the commissioners present at this meeting.
